POBREŽJE RESIDENTAL AREA

The new settlement is predicted within the existing residential centre Pobrežje in Maribor, next to the eastern city entrance (Puhova ulica). Access to the settlement will be enabled via the existing traffic network, Cesta OF and Železnikova ulica. This excellent location offers in a 1km radius all required infrastructure and also a quick access to the city centre (Lent) and the shopping centres (Europark) and recreation areas (tennis courts and Stražun forest).

Urbanist design predicts construction of apartment buildings to conserve as much green areas as possible. A larger playground would be arranged in the western part of green area. Complex housing construction includes apartments of middle price range, from flatlets to smaller four room apartments.

Parking spaces for owners will be provided in subterranean garages while parking areas for visitors will be arranged on ground level. Garage entrances will be connected directly to Cesta OF Street, thus ensuring a no traffic area within the settlement.
