The new residential area is located in the south eastern area of Maribor, at Brezje settlement, in the direct vicinity of Stražun forest. The vicinity of nature offers a calm and green environment to the future residents and plenty of varieties for a quality free time and relaxation. All required infrastructure is located in the vicinity of the settlement – day care, school, smaller business and shopping centre, and a pharmacy, while the larger shopping centres are 5 min walk away.
