Along with some independent experts the company iProjekt has developed a new accessory for calculating the prices per m2 which will enable easier and transparent comparison of new condominium projects on the slovenian real estate market.

We have decided to offer this new accessory Enkvadrat due to the two major problems which have emerged during the stagnation of real estate market:

1. nontransparent advertising prices of new apartments, which sometimes don't include VAT and parking spaces, and in most cases don't distinguish between different surfaces (living area, exterior, halls, cellars, etc).

2. qualitative criteria which are key to comfort and satisfaction of living (location, green surfaces, ground plan, traffic and other infrastructure, quality of inbuilt materials, etc.)  


For now the accessory Enkvadarat is only available in Slovene language, on page www.enkvadrat.si.
