The residential area is built near the main Ljubljana – Škofljica road, only 8km from Ljubljana city centre, representing a suburban neighbourhood at the southern city entrance. It has a quick access to Ljubljana city bypass and the city centre. The settlement consists of 14 low built apartment buildings, containing 289 apartments: flatlets (27m2) and five room apartments (120m2), along with 22 single family row houses, built in two rows (each house 145-209m2). All houses located in properties 350m2 in size have a ground and first floor and offer a higher living quality.

All apartments have external spaces like atriums, lodges, balconies, roofed or unroofed terraces. Each house has basement storage and one to two parking spots. For all apartments parking is arranged in two single floor basements, a larger outside parking area is provided for visitors.
