The bare building plot is located above Ig settlement and, 20km away from Ljubljana city centre. Location is renowned for its excellent position with the view over Ljubljana basin and a good accessibility by a maintained commune road, leading through Golo settlement. There is approximately 1/2h car drive to Ljubljana city. The project predicts a construction of 10 row houses. Construction style will be adapted to the characteristics of the surrounding area with some modernist emphasis that will sensibly round up the entire image of the settlement.
