In upper Šiška area in Ljubljana at the edge of the existing residential area between Kavadarska road, Ob žici Street and the western Ljubljana bypass, it is planned to build a new parking house with business facilities on the ground floor.
This complex will deal with parking space issue in the neighbourhood, which was created in the sixties when the needs for such areas were considerably different. Today the need is bigger and safer parking areas for residents and visitors of business facilities are so to say essential. There are 360 parking spaces predicted in four parking floors (K+1+2+3) and 20 spaces on street level.
Along with parking facilities the building will provide 2,400m2 for business activity and shops premises (2100m2 at the ground floor (the entire floor) and 300m2 at the basement).
