Location is situated at the northeast of Ljubljana basin, in Cerklje commune in Gorenjska region. The landscape is surrounded by Kamnik Alps and Savinja Alps, and on the other side the flatlands of Kranj. Location is in the direct vicinity of Krvavec ski centre and Jože Pučnik airport near Ljubljana city. Its vicinity to the capital city provides an excellent location for development of a new tourist and recreation centre with numerous ways for quality free time.
Four versions of the project:
- Hotel with a different number of beds (180-400)
- Wellness hotel with a medico centre
- Wellness hotel with conference centre
- Wellness hotel
In agreement with the investor it is possible to develop other kinds of tourist and lodging facilities or any other project solutions.
